If we decide to return your purchase to make you happy, please be advised that customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.In the case of receiving a broken frame in the shipment, take a photo of the shipping parcel right away and contact us within 24 hours of the time you have received the shipment. We would need that photo to get reimbursed by our shipping company.
Our frames are ready to be install on your walls if you choose to do so. Use the nails provided with your shipping package to hang the frame. They were carefully chosen to provide the support needed for the frame. Majority of the frames are made of real glass. Handle the piece with care to avoid breakage.
