You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Contact us for assistance.

First 15 days after receiving your order:
There are no refunds, due to being a small independent business, and our products are made to order. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days. If we decide to return your purchase to make you happy, please be advised that customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.

In the case of receiving a broken frame in the shipment, take a photo of the shipping parcel right away and contact us within 24 hours of the time you have received the shipment. We would need that photo to get reimbursed by our shipping company. Majority of the frames are made of real glass. Handle the piece with care to avoid breakage.
